Man Arrested After High-Speed Chase and Crash in Cluj-Napoca

A 25-year-old man from Cămărașu has been placed under preventive arrest for 30 days by the Cluj-Napoca Court following a dramatic incident involving a stolen vehicle and a high-speed chase through the city.
