Hunedoara School Inspectorate Enforces Anonymization in Director Selection

The Hunedoara School Inspectorate has approved a new procedure for anonymization codes, set to be implemented in the upcoming competition for director and deputy director positions. This decision, made on September 25, 2026, aims to balance the need for professional transparency with the protection of personal privacy.

The procedure will be in effect from August to December 2026 and applies to all state pre-university education units. It is designed to comply with existing personal data protection laws and aligns with Ministry of Education Order 4.155/2026.

Candidates wishing to protect their identities during the competition period must submit their requests between September 14 and October 2. These requests are to be sent via a dedicated email provided by the institution.

Organizers are required to download reports from the platform by October 7, 2026. Candidates who opt for confidentiality will receive a unique code, such as HD_045, which will be sent to them via email by October 6, 2026. For those who do not request anonymization, their full names will appear in the competition documents.

If candidates do not receive their unique codes by the specified date, they are advised to contact the inspectorate directly. This initiative highlights the inspectorate's effort to maintain a fair competition environment while respecting individuals' privacy rights.
